Frequently asked questions

Will I share my session time with other people?


NO, booking a session at Selfie City means you have the entire studio exclusively to yourself and the guest that you choose to bring.




How many guests can come to my session?


Each session includes(4) guests. The person who books the session is considered 1 of those 4 guests.




Can more than 4 people come to my session?


YES! You may add additional guest to your reservation for a fee of $15 per person.




Do sessions include a photographer?


You have the option to book a session with our in-house photographer OR you can bring your own photographer, videographer, etc.




How do you keep your guest safe during the pandemic?


All guests are required to wear a mask to enter the studio. Temperatures are also checked upon arrival. We ask that any guest feeling symptoms of COVID-19 please refrain from booking and/or attending a session at Selfie City. Cleanliness is our top priority. The studio is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected after each guest. We are also closed on Monday for sanitation.




Can we bring outside food & drinks?


Unfortunately no. We do not allow food and drinks inside the studio.




What is your refund policy?


ALL SALES ARE FINAL




What if I miss my session?


We are not permitted to refund any money paid for any session for any reason. All sessions start on time and end on time. We are not permitted to make up any session time lost on the clients behalf.
